Obituary of Bradley Austin Camic

Bradley Austin Camic, 16, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015. He was the son of Julie Shepard Camic of Frankfort and Billy Daryl Camic of Lawrenceburg, and is also survived by his grandfather, Billy G. Camic, and his great-grandmother, Evelyn Camic. Bradley was the grandson of the late Harold and Anne Goedecke Shepard. Born in Lexington on October 13, 1998, Bradley had attended Second Street School and was in his junior year at Frankfort High School. A member of the FHS soccer team, he also enjoyed playing basketball and being with his friends. A life celebration service will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday at the Frankfort Convention Center, with visitation preceding at 11:00 am. Visitation will also be held at Rogers Funeral Home from 2:00 to 6:00 pm Monday. Burial will take place in the Frankfort Cemetery. Family and friends are encouraged to wear orange and blue at the services. Pallbearers will be Keenan Thurman, Josh Barnes, Tomaz Donaldson, Nick Johnson, Keegan Goddard, Jacob Graves, Jacob McCowan, Brendan Cummins, and Anthony Robinson. Honorary bearers will be the members and coaches of the FHS soccer team. PLEASE NOTE: Additional parking for the funeral home visitation on Monday will be available behind Hancock's Plumbing, at the FHS gymnasium, or at Second Street School. There will be parking attendants available to assist you.
